One of the best places for xiao long bao is at Xu's Wonton House in Crystal Mall. Yup, better than majority of the Shanghainese restaurants'! Including "high end" ones!

The xiao long bao is always fresh, made to order, consistent, and tastes extremely juicy. In addition, the meat tastes tender and smooth. The best way to eat these is to take a small bite, slurp the juice out and eat the bun. Yenno, the smart way of eating them. Another piggy move is when a few of them cool down, I just eat the whole thing in one bite!
